All new subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of their first payment, no questions asked. To request a refund within this window, contact us at billing@txtviews.ai with your account email and order reference.
After the 24-hour window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Payment gateway and processing fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount. These charges are levied by the payment processor and are outside our control. The deducted amount varies by payment method and provider but is typically 2-4% of the transaction value. The net amount refunded will be clearly communicated when your refund is approved.
For cryptocurrency payments, network transaction fees (gas fees) are non-refundable. Refunds for crypto payments are issued in USD equivalent at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction, not at the time of the refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
If you experience a significant technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the service, please contact our support team. We will review the situation and may offer a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Cryptocurrency refunds may take additional time due to network conditions.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us directly as we are typically able to resolve billing disputes faster than the chargeback process.
